Our area is really bad for sunken and cracked driveways. Practically every second house here has a cracked or sunken driveway. With Edmonton growing so fast, a lot of the home builders are putting up houses on land that has not settled yet. This year our right half of our driveway cracked and started to sink in a few inches, and to prevent it from getting worse we wanted it fixed. Jeff came over and gave us a reasonable quote, and schduled us within 2 weeks. He lifted our right side of the driveway, filled in huge hole on the side of the driveway, lifted our path to our front steps. And touched up the base of our driveway as well. A job well done! Jeff and Kelly were professional, they were knowledgeable, they were the epitome of perfect workmanship, product and knowledge about the product. From the moment I asked for an estimate to the response within 24 hours to coming to the site within that same 24 hours to meet me and see what my problem was. Jeff accommodated me with an earlier time when I requested one different from what he told me. If there is anything beyond real customer service, this company will deliver. The science of this product and Jeff's knowledge are the embodiment of good tradesmen. I to show my before and after pictures of what was the problem and how Jeff was able to solve this. Concrete problems are problems and trying to fix them yourself can only lead to more problems; don't repour concrete at the prices, but call Jeff to fix your problems and he will do everything that he can while keeping within his estimate and his desire to make a customer happy. I dare anyone that has used or will use his services to tell me that they are unhappy. I don't give referrals lightly because I have high expectations when it comes to product and customer service in this day and age. I just can't go on enough about this company and Jeff....you won't believe it until you see it...phenomenal. Jeff did an amazing job getting my garage slab so that the water stopped pooling along the walls of my garage. My steel man door no longer locked due to the concrete slab settling and my eaves where not draining properly. This issue was rectified once Jeff completed job. Very reliable, on time and personable.

Something needed to be done with out concrete patio. It was sloping badly towards the house and is in very rough shape. We just want to level for good drainage and build a deck over it. Couldn't leave it as it was. Looking into our options it was most cost effect to have SOS come in and level it . Very happy with the results. Recently had a very large stamped concrete patio levelled by Jeff. To anybody’s eyes it looked irreparable as it was sinking heavily at the level of the foundation. Much to my astonishment it was not only raised but Jeff ever so slightly altered the grade of the patio for drainage purposes. This slight alteration in the grade was never even considered when the patio was first installed by another contractor. I would of easily paid double or triple the cost of the leveling just to have the patio jackhammered out in the event it couldn’t be levelled and then would of had the additional cost of patio replacement. SOS exceeded my expectations!

S.O.S Concrete Leveling represent by Jeff has done a fabulous job at renewing the entrance to our home. The walk way had dropped about 4.5" on the one side and moved away from the garage foundation a little over an inch. And now you can't even tell that had happened. I contacted Jeff after seeing one of the strategically placed SOS advertising signs and he happened to be doing a quote near my area and was conveniently able to come within 20 minutes. He was very professional and assessed my concrete explaining to me the process and what would be necessary for him to raise it back up. I had concerns about the parching around my house and the rebar which was exposed between my garage pad and driveway where it was sinking and he explained how he would go about dealing with those issues which gave me peace of mind. I had received a quote from a mud jacking company a week earlier and SOS’ quote was very close but for foam jacking which is a much better process. Thrilled with the excellent price and service thus far I agreed to have the work done and Jeff emailed me an official quote. Jeff also offered further correspondence answering more questions before coming two days later to complete the job while I was at work. I am very impressed with the work! Aside from having a perfectly levelled driveway and walkway now, I was barely able to even tell that anything had been done since the foam jacking process leaves so little impact on the driveway other than some dime-sized holes which were filled in very nicely. They also did a great job ensuring that my excess parching was removed evenly and made flush plus filled in a big crack nicely with new concrete on my walkway where it had previously been broken and sunk.
I could not be more satisfied with SOS’ work and I am especially pleased with the great price. I am so glad I went with SOS rather than following through with the other mud jacking company that I was originally going to try. Foam jacking is so much better. I commend SOS work to anyone with sunken concrete issues. Their prices are great, their service is friendly, efficient and professional, and most importantly, their work is exceptionally good.
