When I began renovating my kitchen, my cabinet makers suggested Integrity Stone for my countertops. So I came into the office and met with Nick and Jessica. I had no idea about quartz, quartzite, granite…. The Flintstones surely did not elaborate the way Nick did! He explained the differences and pros/cons as well made a suggestion I liked and was sure this was the way I was going to go. However, the second time I came in, Nick made a different suggestion when I said I “liked but not loved” and this time he made a suggestion, I was in head over heels in love. The quartzite he suggested was incredibly beautiful, and everything I was looking for. I was immediately sold. They explained the process and what to expect. It was great, everything went as explained with no unexpected surprises. The installation was done by Nick and Justin, which was done professionally and perfectly! Their knowledge and expertise truly shows. The ease and willingness to work with my cabinet makers and myself throughout the entire process made this so much easier and a pleasure. I cannot recommend these guys enough nor express how happy I am with the product and services from everyone at Integrity!!!

As a locally owned small business, the service we received was was very personal & attentive (especially to details of our lifestyle needs and tastes). We had an amazing experience with Integrity Stone from start to finish! We really liked that from our initial contact to completion we were dealing directly with the installers. We got to see them working in the shop so that we could understand their process. Justin and Nick were so professional as they worked in our home. They were so neat and tidy too! Looking for a good contractor in a small town is not an easy task. After receiving few quotes from locals, we decided to look in Edmonton. Integrity Stone was a reference we got from Tile and Stone Source, and we are very happy we contacted them. Amanda was really nice at giving us advice on the type of stones, she provided us with great services and even came in on weekend to accommodate our schedule. The quartz we had installed by Nick and his team is perfect. Their work was done meticulously and they answered all the questions we had with the installation and maintenance. We love our countertops! They are absolutely the look I wanted. I shopped a LOT before meeting Nick at the Home Show. We immediately felt comfortable with the product knowledge and advice he was able to provide. I took some samples and visited the showroom a few times and they always took time to answer my questions. They worked closely with our cabinetmakers to navigate the process and the end result is amazing!
After going to a couple of suppliers and being ignored, then discussing with, and getting quotes from 3 other suppliers, we decided to select Integrity Stone to supply new quartz countertops for our kitchen, 3 bathrooms and utility room. From my first discussion with this team I felt very comfortable with them. They were forthright, down to earth, clearly explained the benefits and challenges of various options and were very patient with absolutely no pressure sales tactics. They also coordinated their work with a plumber, and a tile setter for the new backsplash, and those two men were equally personable, professional and diligent. They also recommended an electrician who was also excellent, to install under-the-counter lights; so the whole experience was much less stressful than I expected. We are very pleased with the outcome and highly recommend Integrity to anyone looking for a great team and high quality work!
